CA Lakshmi Narayana Reddy ( B.Com, FCA, CMA )

CA Lakshmi Narayana is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2015. He began his career with HDFC Bank, where he served as a Credit Analyst for four years, gaining valuable experience in credit appraisal and financial analysis.

Since 2019, he has been a Partner at KLU & Associates, where he provides expert services across a broad range of areas including Business and Tax Advisory, Audit and Assurance, Direct and Indirect Taxation, GST Compliance, FEMA, Internal Audits, Company Incorporation, MCA Compliance, and the preparation of Project Reports for bank funding.

With a strong focus on delivering value through professional excellence and practical insights, CA Lakshmi Narayana is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex financial and regulatory environments.

CA Uday Kumar Reddy ( B.Com, FCA, CMA )

CA Uday Kumar Reddy is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), with nearly a decade of professional experience across diverse sectors. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2015 and is also a high achiever, having secured an All India 37th Rank in the CMA (Cost and Management Accountancy) examination.

His expertise spans a wide range of areas including Audit and Assurance, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Income Tax Assessments, setting up of new business projects, and matters related to Property Tax. Shops Act

A Shop and Establishment License in India is mandatory while establishing a shop, hotel, theatre, public amusement, or any commercial place. Documents required for the Incorporation Certificate, registration under Shop and Establishment Act. ·The licenses are important for shop and establishment registration.

Most of the business operations in India such as shops, restaurants, cafes, and so on are regulated as per the provisions of the Shop act license. However, the rules and regulations may be different from state to state, the aim of this act is to provide a proper working environment and conditions to the workers and taking care of their wages, rights and holidays.

MSME Registration

MSME Registration is the new process for registering MSME (micro, small and medium enterprises) launched by the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises on July 1, 2020. The Ministry had also revised the definition of MSMEs from the same date. An enterprise for this process is known as Udyam, and its Registration Process is known as Udyam Registration. A permanent registration number along with a recognition certificate will be issued after Registration.

Profession Tax

Employee Provident Fund

Employee Provident Fund (EPF) is a scheme that offers retirement benefits to all the salaried employees irrespective of working in Government or Public or Private Sector organizations. The term, “employee” includes the range starting from experienced professionals to Security Guards, Housekeeping, etc. However, an apprentice, intern, and a migrating employee are excluded from the ambit of the EPF Scheme. EPF registration is regulated and administered by the EPFO (Employee Provident Fund Organization).

Employee State Insurance

Employee State Insurance (ESI) is governed by the ESI Act, 1948, a self-financing social security scheme and health insurance plan for the Indian workers. ESIC manages the fund required as per the rules and regulations set by the Act. It is an autonomous corporation managed by Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) under the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
